Rain Guarantee & Cancellation
No weather risk for you: If it rains in Burg (Spreewald) on your booked rental day, you can cancel your reservation after brief phone confirmation. Regular free cancellation is possible up to 4 days in advance.
Reservation & Payment
Online booking: Available bikes can be booked directly via our website. Bookings are processed via our Regiondo interface.
Payment: Payment is completed securely via the Regiondo checkout. The renter is responsible for damages to the bicycle and issued equipment.
